After the hurricane my solar stopped working. I called the company after speaking with Duke energy as I had received a massive electric bill and they told me to call the company who installed it. I left a voicemail with the receptionist and did receive a phone call back from the owner Michael Comino that day. He was supposed to someone reset the system or somehow communicate with Generac and trouble shoot it remotely but would take about a week.
