Took my Lexus NX to American Elite for front end damage and I am definitely happy with the results. They got my car in quickly. Communication was great. The repairs look like before the accident and they did all the back and forth with my insurance. There was a slight delay due to a bad relay and even tho it only took a day longer to fix they knocked off some of my deductible which was a nice thing to do even tho they were just ensuring my vehicle was running properly! American Elite Collision has been so helpful during my stressful accident. Tony and his team have my car looking perfect again! The insurance company that I had at the time of my accident was so hard to get ahold of, Tony and me would be contacting them regularly and there was never any answer. Finally when we got ahold of them Tony made the process quick and easy for me! He would give me updates about my car and he even explained the fixes they did very thoroughly.
