They sent us a letter in the mail for redoing our roof. We were skeptical at first, but went along with it. They have done many of the roofs in our area. Steve looked at our insurance and made all the calls and made all of the arrangements. They lived up to their words and all expectations. Very accommodating. Ended up doing all of the work and all we paid is our deductible. Great experience! Highly recommend working with them.
I interviewed four separate companies. Three of the were only able to get a minimal from the insurance companies that would have left me with a very significant remainder to pay. I also did a lot of research of companies. Some had minimal communication which was not true of elite I am so deeply visual and analytical and sometimes wish I was wasn't that way but I have always been that way. Great team, great company to work with.
We had the pleasure of working with Sonny at American elite over the past couple of months to install a brand new roof on our home. Sonny came highly recommended to me from a friend, and did not disappoint. Sonny and his team took care of all details relating to insurance, appraising the damage, and multiple trips back-and-forth with insurance inspectors. I can’t say enough about Sonny and American elite. The process was seamless and the end result was fantastic.
I would personally give them 10 stars. They did a fantastic job on all fronts: quality, efficiency, organization, and were very clean. Sonny is a phenomenal guy who was able to handle absolutely everything I needed, I can’t thank him enough. In my opinion, American Elite is the best roofing company in our region and I would highly recommend them.
