Just a friendly warning: their tagline says "One stop resource for prompt, professional, quality elevator installation and repair at excellent value." I called them over the weekend (on Saturday) with an urgent repair request. They told me they'd be out on Sunday but didn't show up. I called them again this morning (Monday) and they said, "oh yeah, we're too busy to take care of your elevator. You'll need to call someone else." Keep in mind, American Elevator installed this elevator and said they won't come out to repair.
Boss is very unfriendly. Rude to homeless ppl seeking employment and not hiring due to judgement from staff I wasn't wvet allowed to ask em. If they was hire and. When I did. They were distant. Quiet and not wanting to answer
Great response time and friendly workers who get the job done.
The service was quick and efficent. We had an emergency and they came out and immediately made the repair. Friendly serviceman and very experienced.
