American Elevator is my absolute go to maintenance Company. Super professional. Great communication and great staff.
Derrick , and Rick have always taking care of elevator issues in a timely manner. and always let a maintenance worker or Supervisors know what's going on. and let us know when there here to work on elevators and talk to us about what was going with elevator issues.
Derrik is great to work with. I like how he explains everything to me about what he is doing as he is fixing what needs to be fixed. He is always prompt to getting here when I need something done asap.
If you own an elevator, I cannot recommend American Elevator Company highly enough. Our 40-year-old elevator broke over Veteran's Day weekend, and after contacting our regular elevator company, we were disappointed by both their high prices and inability to fix the issue.
