Fantastic office. Visited for a laser hair removal consult and Jamie is just fabulous. Update: Jamie is still fabulous. Kristi the office manager treated me poorly. She escalated the issue when I brought it up with her. Dr. Hayes never reached out to get my side of what happened and just sided with her staff. Subsequently I was asked to not come back. Most of the staff is great, but I would recommend going elsewhere for any services they offer. By far the worst handling of a situation I've ever experienced with a business.
Jamie does amazing work both with electrolysis and laser, on top of being a wonderful and accepting person. If I hadn't needed to leave Reno I would have continued with her for as long as I could.
