Paul is a great man. We had some outlets not working and it did not trip the breaker. My wife was worried the house was going to burn down and Paul came that night to reassure us we were okay and knew right away what it could be. It ended up being a relatively easy fix for him but I learned a lot and Paul is patient and explains everything. He let me help him a little but also would have done it alone if needed. Paul wired in a hot tub for us and ran an additional box. He even was thoughtful and included extra outlets for additional power as we run additional power back on the patio often. Paul shows you everything beforehand and tells you exactly what he has planned and makes sure that his work aligns with what you wanted. He is fun to work with, on time, and hard working. American Electric Service completed a complex job for us as part of a big home remodel project. It included re-wiring much of the house. Paul has incredible attention to detail. He is very thoughtful, an excellent communicator and reliable. A teacher at heart, Paul wanted to make sure we knew exactly what he was doing at all times. We definitely plan to work with him again and highly recommend.
