I called this company to have services suspended due to family member would not be at that address for about 27-30 days. They advised they did not offer such services that I could disconnect and reconnect with a new account and will be billed my final bill. I asked would deposit or other charges be needed or applied when I restart because otherwise I would keep it on. I WAS TOLD NO. Just the final bill that included the charges for the service.
