AEP brings that special 3rd world "charm". Living under AEP, you can expect daily brown outs, if not complete outages. I've come to expect a schedule of having power for three hours and having none for five. Cooking dinner is a gamble, as I have no idea when the next outage is coming, but I can rest assured that the power is going to go off.
