Terrible place; bad customer support, monopolizes the area preventing freedom of choice in providers, they just passed a law allowing AEP to charge for "future" projects that they don't have to pay back. Our rates continuously increase and we the public have no control to stop them.
Customer service is what you expect from a company that you can't choose to buy from thier competition.
