Terrible and clueless customer service. My personal experience with a AEP was excellent. Very professional very friendly. Nick was an absolute treasure.

So glad they give you the customer service line that only has robots, the same one we report outages too that's inundated with people will somehow respond now when we're upset. What they'll do instead is increase our prices and damn our homes to losing food. Yet another outage, huge swathes out over a wind storm like 2008. I imagine I'll get a hollow comment from some robot or a poor intern that has to put on a little show so the people who grow fat from our money cut every corner they can to make even more.
If i could give negative stars I would. Never have given a bad review before but this time I have to. Absolutely terrible customer service. Got treated like garbage on the phone today. The company clearly doesn’t care in the slightest about customer satisfaction.
