I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the worst customer service out of any company I have service through - and no surprise there since they have a natural monopoly. I have been a customer for over 20 years and they recently shut off my power by their OWN ERROR and are now charging me a fee that they are claiming is for late payment when the bill actually went to the wrong address again, based on THEIR MISTAKE! If I could switch companies I would.
If I could give zero stars I would. My electric bill is almost 3x what it used to be. This company only cares about money going into their ceos pockets. 20% increase because it’s summer - is what I was told. What a line of bullshit.
