6 outages since summer but yet they keep jacking up our rates 🤔
AEP is a joke! My electric keeps getting shut off every week for the past month. This week it has happened twice. They have no clue why. We have to pay our bills on time but yet they can shut it off whenever and have a solution. So glad I just went to the grocery store and filled up my deep freezer. Groceries aren't expensive . It's fine .
This company is just money hungry and they try their damndest NOT to help people. Their "help" is a joke.
If I could give a lower rating I would. My bill is usually around $230 a month for a 1,800 sq ft home, and with barely any changes in my electricity usage, my bill is now almost $500. This company sucks and if you can choose a different electric provider, I would most definitely if you want to see your pay checks.
