AEP has provided excellent service to the Dublin/union county area. Crews are routinely clearing trees from power lines, upgrading services, and respond quickly to power outages after storms.
6 outages since summer but yet they keep jacking up our rates 🤔
AEP is a joke! My electric keeps getting shut off every week for the past month. This week it has happened twice. They have no clue why. We have to pay our bills on time but yet they can shut it off whenever and have a solution. So glad I just went to the grocery store and filled up my deep freezer. Groceries aren't expensive . It's fine .
This company is just money hungry and they try their damndest NOT to help people. Their "help" is a joke.
