We took our noisy pool pump into have it looked at. We were given no details, but told it would be looked at in approximately a week and a half. Still did not hear back after two weeks, stopped in, and was told they had not had a chance to look at it yet, but would call us. They called us a few days later and quoted a price that would be more than if we went to Chemco and bought a new pool pump. Great customer service. I called to see if they had a capacitor I thought I needed trying to you tube fix my old hot tub the guy said he would check and call me back.but I had a couple of questions so he transferred me to Tina who knew a lot more than you tube she talked to me more than 30min trying to help me troubleshoot my pump motor then she call me back for more information and talked to me another 15 minutes , I called her the next day with the information she needed and she pointed me in the right direction and never ... read more
