Called once and left message on voicemail, never heard back. Called again and left message with person, never heard back. Called a third time, set up appointment, never showed up. Don’t waste your time.
I would like to highly recommend American Electric - they go above and beyond with their service calls always on time, fix the issues. And very knowledgeable and so relatable when explaining the issues. Highly recommend calling them for all your electrical needs Jeff Daniel’s is amazing!
Had Chris come out and help us on short notice with an electrical issue and could not have had a better experience. He was kind, explained the issue, and was right on time to his scheduled appointment. American Electric is reasonably priced to other competitors in the Quad Cities and after the experience today will only be using them in the future. Thank you again to Chris and his team!

I have used their services in the past with no issues. I recently called to schedule a tech to install an exhaust fan and was told they would call to schedule once it is assigned a technician. A month passes and I never hear anything. I called back to see what was going on and had to leave a message. It has now been 2 weeks since I left the message with no call back at all. I have already moved forward with another company that answers my calls and shows up to their appointments.
