Steve provided great service for our backup power generator.
Our technician from American Electric came by to do the annual service on our Generac — he is always knowledgeable and professional! We appreciate Steve’s thorough evaluation and recommendation to remove mulch around the Generac because “the beast” sucks in the mulch which can gum up the unit (we’ve already contracted to have the mulch removed and replaced with decorative rock!!) 10 out of 10 stars for Steve and American Electric!
Jeremy and his crew did a fabulous job. They were prompt, professional, and thorough. Jeremy came up with ideas that 3 other companies overlooked when they submitted a bid - resulting in saving us money and providing a more complete job. We were impressed with Jeremy so much that we have already hired him for another project.
AEC installed our generac generator last year. They just completed the first year's service. Always professional and courteous service.
American Electric has taken good care of our generator. Their annual service keeps things running smoothly. And when we ran out of propane they helped us get the generator up and running again quickly.
