The generator at my son's house stopped working. Steve from Ameriocan Electric came out within 24-hours and spent 2-hours in sweltering heat to fix the problem. He checked every component of the generator, remove corrosion from the battery, and even painted the battery tray which had rust and dirt all over it. He explained everything he was doing and never slowed down to take a break. This was some of the best service I have ever had with any company.

I'm not even a customer yet, but I will be. My neighbor was out of town and needed help with a generator issue, and these guys stepped up and got me what I needed to help them out. Awesome and friendly technicians. Thank you!

I rarely provide recommendations, but based on my experience with American Electric I felt compelled to share my experience. Steve from American performed a generac service and added a GFCI outlet. In a word, the service was OUTSTANDING!! Steve arrived when he said he would and completed the work expeditiously and professionally. The American Electric Co. is an excellent example for other companies to follow in running a company providing services/products including customer service.
