UPDATE: Oct 6th, 2026 Harry contacted us directly and our generator has been serviced. They do great work, not sure what was causing the hiccup but we are grateful our generator is green again *previous review* Made an appointment for Aug 20th 2026. Maintenance on the Generac. Its now Oct 2nd. They say they back ordered a part anddidnt even tell us what the part is or why its needed for Maintenance.
Harry and his team are true professionals. Showed up on time and finished the work in a timely fashion. We're delighted in how it looks. Harry took the time to give us a tutorial in how to troubleshoot the Generac unit. They were very respectful of our property and left the worksite in great shape. I highly recommend his team.
Harry did a great job with the generator installation. Fair price, great work ethic, and thorough. I would highly recommend. His team was on time and professional. Excellent customer service.
We had American Electric Co. install a new 24KW backup generator at our house and had a great experience. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. The whole process went smoothly, they did a great job with the installation, and took the time to explain everything to us. We’re really happy with the generator and the work they did. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have a generator installed.
Regarding my generator install. This was one, if not, my best experience with any company. Contractors in particular. The price of the of the project beat 2 other quotes. They kept me updated throughout the process. They were courteous, professional and very detailed. Cleanup was perfect. I would strongly recommend American Electric Co without hesitation.
