I called @ 0800 and technician here 15 minutes later!! Minor issue for him but I am elderly and this means the world to me.
Unfortunately I can't give these people a good review. Called twice just to get someone to come over and give me an estimate on a job at home. When I finally got Jeff over to look at job he says he will get back with me on estimate. He leaves and that's been over a week and still nothing. I've sent email and called and nothing. Wanted to give these guys my business but will have to look elsewhere.
Called for a job quote from this establishment in mid-March. A person came out to assess the work that needed to be done in the house that I’m renovating in Clinton on or around March 17. This person stated that they would get a quote to me within the week. Followed up with American on March 24 to check on the status of the quote. Jeff at American promised that a quote would be provided by the week of 3/27/2023. Never received this quote.
