Kept me updated on appointment day and time. Very friendly receptionist. Didn't wait more than 2 minutes. The audiologist was exceptionally knowledge and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.
I was skeptical about going to American ear, so much that it took me weeks to schedule an appointment. I do have to say, I had nothing to be worried about. They were very organized, friendly and most of all thorough. I genuinely liked everyone I came in contact with and so far im loving my hearing aids. I feel the pricing is on target with most others with the exception of the higher priced well known names like miracle ear. My opinion on their high prices is just that, the name not necessarily the product.

Everybody is nice there. They’re courteous and polite and they care about the patient. I enjoy the Maya experience there every time I’ve been there.
