Sena is one of the best closers in the state. She has always gone above and beyond. She is very professional and remains calm in the most stressful of situations. Thank you for all you do!
First I must say, I have closed at many title companies and Sena was our closer here at American Eagle. She truly lacks customer service skills. Her tone is unpleasant and seems to not know the level of service offered by other title companies. Communication was not fully executed, from not asking how a customer would like their funds, to not communicating to the other agent that the closing location changed, causing him to miss being there with his client. Absolute worst title company I’ve ever had to work with, and I’ve worked with a lot. Sent them paperwork to start a (what could’ve been a chewy closing or less) closing on February 5 after calling and emailing them multiple times, I finally heard back from them on February 15. We had a schedule closing at the first of the month in March which did not actually get closed until the 12th due to their inability to do their job in a timely manner or to contact their clients.
