Beware! American Eagle Title Insurance is a not the right company for title insurance. If you want to buy insurance just to feel good and check a box, go ahead. However there are plenty of other companies that sell insurance for less and more importantly will be there when you need them in event of a claim. AE is NOT one of them! I thought they were fine until I had an issue with the title. Then they wanted to deny any responsibility and basically not pay anything. I would have been better off not have any title insurance than paying for their Fake Title Policy. DO NOT USE THEM!
