Permanently closed- apparently they didn’t renew their lease at the mall
I came here specifically to do a return, came well within store hours, paid for an Uber to get here.... The store is closed and windows are shuttered... Now I have to walk around the city with my bags. There is no notice on the Google listing or anywhere else that this location has closed.
We walked to the fitting room at 6:15pm tonight but they closed the fitting rooms so we couldn’t try on the jeans…store closes at 7pm. Come on AE….telling me you are short staffed which an empty store doesn’t mean you should close the fitting rooms 45 minutes early. bad excuse! American Eagle at Water Tower in Chicago- get your act together, this is not COVID.
Horrible customer service (for this store only)! Ordered some clothes online on October 15th, from Indiana, and they were coming from this store location in Chicago, Illinois. After a week, my order stated shipped, but was never picked up by the carrier. So, I call the store location myself to inquire about my order and get tolr they couldnt give me any information on it. 1. Why? 2. I paid for it, I should get an answer as to where my goods are.
