When I have a problem they respond immediately and take care of anything at all. I have not dealt with anyone that took care of me any better than the service I got. The owner Alissa came after 9:00 pm to our cabin to a freeze alarm got our furnace going they brought in space heaters. We live 3 hours away from our cabin and its supper helpful when there is a company who can take care of your cabin when problems happened. They left me with a smile on my face and a job well done! American Eagle provides incredible service. They've helped us when our cabin furnace conked and had a freeze alert by inspecting and reporting when we are 200 miles away. These folks are the best.
