I could not be more disappointed with my experience at the American Eagle inside the Fairfield Commons Mall. On December 4 I spent at maximum 30 minutes inside the store before I realized my black Kate Spade wallet was missing. I spent another 90 minutes frantically searching for it only for it to be nowhere in sight. Staff was seemingly unconcerned, spent maybe 5-10 minutes searching with nothing turned in. RecommendedExcellent service, the absolute best jeans in the mall. Great prices and sales for quality merchandise, highly recommended.
Fitting rooms at the Fairfield mall are so disgusting and dirty you can’t try on pants or take off your shoes to try them on. Security tags on floors, and gum everywhere and the benches are greasy!!! Staff is friendly and the store has great clothes
