Ok, a lot of management issues, you will be threatened to get kicked out if you are a week or two late on your rent even with the $50 late fee. Even after years of commitment and living there. It’s only a trailer park and or an RV park but they act like you need to be a flawless citizen that will not walk in the street, but on the sidewalks, they don’t want people going down there one ways but it’s OK for children to ride bikes and walk/run back-and-forth in the middle of the street when their toddlers have no parental advis... read more

New Management that came in a few years back has made a world of difference. Park has been cleaned up, landscaping has been properly trimmed and maintained, pleasant interactions with management (unlike before), and a Ownership/Management team that actually treats you like a human instead of a pile of dog s**t when you reach out to them. Park is pretty much full all the time now, which is so different from years ago. Very comfortable place to live!
