I had these guys come out to look at my furnace because it takes forever to heat up my small store. The heat WAS initially working, I could hear it come on and shut off. After this guy Caesar takes a look at the furnace, he comes back to say the furnace is broken and it needs a control switch. I tell him no it's not broken it just takes a while to heat up the store and now I can no longer hear it.
