My name is American Eagle Builders *** approached me when they were doing my neighbors roof on Dec. 13, 2024, they told me they saw that my roof was damage, and asked if they **uld go on my roof to see for sure and that it was free for the inspection. I allowed them to check, the roof and they informed me that there was damage. I asked how much it would **st to fix it they never gave me a quote for replacing my roof. I am still seeking a resolution. On May 29th they came and replaced my roof from the hail damage from a bad storm the previous month and a few days later did some of my gutters. The work looked good but we were unaware that there was a problem. On June 24th we got a visit from a city official to let us know there was no permit filed for the roof replacement.
