I had a horrible experience with this tow yard. Not only did they damage my car during the tow (the side skirt and underside were beat up), but when I asked about it, they told me I’d have to file a claim with another party instead of taking responsibility. On top of that, they overcharged me. I paid $315 to get my car out after only being there for 45 minutes. THEY TOWED MY CAR AND DAMAGED IT
They only accept CASH like bills NO DEBIT NO CREDIT. for lawyers reading this SLAM dunk case sue these people for unlawful business practices. I would say it's highly likely they deal only in cash so they can cook the books for the IRS. Yes I listened to this on the phone from one of their employees when they refused any other form of payment from my little brother.
