One and done with these guys! They don't tell you up front, however they sign you up with a 3rd party leasing company, and then disappear leaving you high and dry getting worked over by a 3rd party. The ole bait and switch routine. They are unresponsive, and generally are clueless to client needs and concerns. Conduct your business withal better managed and organized business.
We bought a printer through these guys and the entire process has been wonderful. I recently had a printing issue that I reported three days ago (friday afternoon) and early this morning when I pulled into work the service tech was waiting for me to help me! He fixed the problem quickly and was in and out. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Very reliable!
