American Duchess shoes are amazing! I bought them for historical costuming but now wear them for modern day things too because they’re so comfortable and well made. The customer service is also awesome and super fast!
American Duchess is my go-to for beautiful, well-fitting, sturdy shoes for 18th and 19th historical costuming, reenactments, and living history. The variety of colors, heel shapes, and materials means that there is really something for everyone and every impression! They often have lower cost pre-orders, "seconds" sales and a partnership with Sezzle, all of which make the shoes easier to purchase on a budget.
