I went to get my husbands jacket dry cleaned and the ruined it completely and then did absolutely nothing about it, worst customer service I have seen in a while I would not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone.
Oh my God, I have to share my terrible experience with these people recently. I was told they were good but when I went to pick up my beautiful clothes, they were ruined, just ruined. They had been shrunk, they were damaged and they smelled horrendous. They refused to speak to me and basically told me to accept it or else. They then went to the back room and told me to leave. Oh my God, I recently had a terrible experience here that I want to share. My precious clothes that I brought were returned ruined. I was told they provide good service but they were so rude to me, I just could not believe how badly they treated me after their own careless and negligent mistake. They practically pushed me out the door! These people are terrible and no one should experience what I experienced. Please don't go here, and if you do you take your chances. Is it worth it?
My experience with this cleaner has been an awful nightmare. Not only is their service expensive, but they have ruined my good clothing and refused to be responsible for the damage they did. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment. You take the risk of having your favorite clothing destroyed by taking them here.
My experience with this drycleaner has been an awful nightmare. My clothes have been ruined and there has been no acceptance of responsibility for their mistakes. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment and you take the risk of having your fine clothing ruined if you bring them here. On top of that risk, you pay a premium to come here. Too many good cleaners to risk serious damage here.
