We had a very good experience. The work was done as quoted including 2 sump pumps installed with a french drain around the perimeter of the basement to address flooding that occurred during every heavy rain. The team was professional and responsive to our questions. Our basement has been dry since this system was installed in the spring of 2024. I would highly recommend this company.

I am extremely satisfied with the basement waterproofing system that American Dry installed for me last year. We haven't had water come in since the system was installed (even during a heavy storm in which folks across town were reporting flooded basements again). I can monitor the system health with the wifi app, to ensure we're protected and everything is operating as expected.
