The guys did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to use American Dry Basement Systems again. Hopefully, I will never need to.
The company and products are as advertised. I had alot of water under and in my home. Workers were very hard working and thought the price was fair. However, within the first 3 months I had a pump get burnt out at 25K gallons pump (not ADBs fault) and I have stress cracks on the concrete around the perimeter where they jackhammered and covered with new concrete. If I could, I would give 3.8 stars overall.
Paul Silva, operations manager, came to give me an estimate on water proofing my 100 year old stone foundation and even though the quote was too expensive, he spent over an hour with me talking and answering questions about not only trenching but also what I could do outside with my downspouts. I was so pleased I asked if I could call him if I had any questions about my basement. Super nice guy. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Didn't really get a chance to find out if they do good work since when I asked for a quote they told me they do drainage ONLY and were "not for me." Representative insisted I was looking for someone who finishes basements, which is not true. I still need drainage and waterproofing, but she wasn't interested in listening to me anymore. Don't go by what is on the website alone.
We received a few other quotes as some showed videos and pictures but American Dry Basements brought actual pieces of materials they use and explained everything to the smallest detail. Three guys showed up and worked their buts off! I have a finished basement and put plastic up but the jackhammer they used had a vacuum attachment so no dust. All the stone and dirt was put in 5 gal buckets and debris was hauled away. Ariana provided excellent customer service. Thanks
