The hot water heater in my camper van quit working. I called and was assured they could check it out the very next day, as soon as I could arrive. Even though I could see that the shop was busy, Keith and Jean and their whole staff got me right in, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. 10 Stars! To bad they don’t give an option for 10…. I recently purchased a 2019 Airstream Atlas. it’s a beautiful thing and a kind of bucket list item for sure. It however came with a few challenges. American Dreams RV was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They knew what we needed and didn’t try to upsell us. We had a new suspension system, TPMS, jack pads and vent covers installed on our new RV. They were flexible and accommodating. Super nice people that were a pleasure to work with AND they support Veterans👍
Our thermostat went out. Called American Dreams Rv Service trying to get a replacement. They had one and we have our RC back. They are fantastic, friendly and fast. If you are in need call them. You will be glad you did.
Went there to have my travel trailer repaired. I felt comfortable dealing with both Jean then Keith as I felt they were doing everything possible to reduce any stress I may have, at the time, by explaining what they can do to repair my travel trailer. The repairs were done and the final product was exactly as I imagined.
