I definitely will rent again from here in the future
Rented a toy hauler from Roaming Bears RV for our ATV trip to General Sam’s Offroad Park and it was perfect! The RV was clean, roomy, and made the whole weekend so much easier. Loading up the ATVs was a breeze, and the customer service was top notch. Already planning our next trip with them!
Do NOT rent from them or do business with them. They are threatening to tear apart our RV that they have in their fleet. I discovered a discrepancy of over $19,000 in rental income I believe I was owed. Rented the top of the line RV for Ren Fest. $4000 for the weekend. Paid extra for food and beverages to be on the RV when we got there. Paid extra for 7 linen services. Food was left in the fridge for 24+ hours before we got there and they didnt power the generator so ice melted everywhere, food spoiled, etc. There was 1 comforter for the whole RV and the sheets were packaged in Walmart bags. AC did not work because the generator stopped working. Would not recommend.
