Great service! I had been canceled on the day of my pick up from an online RV rental platform. After hours of searching I found ADV. quickly confirmed they had a unit available for rental and the pricing was inline with everything I had seen. Scrambling to get the family loaded and ready to pick up the camper we hit rush hour traffic, the staff stayed late after hours to make sure we were taken care of. Johnnathan is great! It was my first RV rental and the whole team takes time to show me everything and all the need to know! They also have lots of RV to choose with great price! Funny your response when I can gladly post your contract, and the receipt, yes I did visit the other previous location, thinking it was still American dream vacations they sent me over to you because that’s where I had my reservation in my wife’s name. We did the rental and it was disastrous and instead of acknowledging that you make up some be a story I did rent with roaming bears RV and the service was wonderful and I had no problems with the unit.
