She was responsive when asking questions. Once we arrived. There were no paper towels or toilet paper. Didn't think is was a big deal even though I was traveling with 3 woman who needed the restroom when we arrived. The bathrooms had cleaning supplies leaned up against the walls and not all trash cans had liners. We were on vacation so we didn't say anything. Do not rent from this company! The spokesperson is bad ! The review I submitted on Airbnb was followed up with a response on Airbnb! She’s trying to make us look bad By using lies about the entire situation. In her response she stated the we arrived 10 hours before I sent her a message is a total lie! We arrived at 8:30 pm and contacted her shortly after arriving!
Do not make business with this company! So unprofessional, worst communication and rude, I rented thru VRBO and for some reason the payment I was using didn’t go thru and they did not let me know until the day of my reservation and that I was almost there, and they told me just because I message them! This company is ridiculous! And she didn’t care that we drove 5 hours to get there! You should now be running a business, you really suck! Worse experience I have had in a vacation, don’t fell for it!
Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not EVER do business with this company. We had a unit reserved for months. Two weeks before our vacation, the manager emails to say that our reserved unit is no longer available, and she gave us similar alternative units to choose from. We chose one, which typically rented at a higher price from the one we had reserved. She asked that we pay the price difference. I submitted a rental request for an apartment on Vrbo that American Dream SSI is managing. Not only did it take Theresa Taylor, the person in charge, more than a day to reply against Vrbo policy, not only did she cancel the request for no apparent reason, but she immediately turned around, increased the rate and had the place rented to someone else.
