I was so stressed out. Milton damaged my home so bad till it was condemned. I didn’t have many options. I was paying 50 to 100 in app fees and getting rejected.. I wanna Thank Dave and his team for saving me and my family.

These people are good people. They went above and beyond to accommodate me during a time of displacement from the hurricane. Very happy with the outcome of our arrangement. Thank you staff and owners.
Left home on 9/1 but charged for whole month of September and over charges for deposit and monthly rent when we moved in place was infested with roaches and didn't want to constantly treat so always was roaches around and all sinks was leaking from day one and didn't fix don't recommend renting from them paid $1950 for rent on mobile home and double security they know how to rip you OFF and get you with lots of FEES DONT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!;;
This guy Dave is a piece of #%!@. He puts lipstick on a pig and calls it a nice home. Needed to change out entire well and pump because I had no water and when I happened to call a well company it was the same one he used to put a new well in. The guy said, "I was out here 2 years ago and put in a new well and told the guy the cheapest one that he wanted was not the appropriate size for the home or pump" and he said, put the cheapest one in anyway.
