They made it very easy for us to get into our new home & took great care of us then entire time we were renting. If we move back to the area, we will use this company again.
My house burnt down and after living in a hotel for a month with a week old new born we couldn't find anything.. then found this double wide and was blind sided for the face we wanted out baby to grow up comfortable.they asked for 2 security deposit and 1st and last month rent fine.. well let's just say putting lipstick on a pig.. black mold they just cover up with paint. I don’t recommend anyone to rent from these money hungry people. They are such self centered people that claim that they care about there tenants but really they don’t. They say the pet friendly there not it’s only animals of there choice. If your late they charge 140 fee and 20 dollars everyday after that. Even if you do make an agreement with the owner. I regret ever going through this company to rent. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Find I good friendly place to live.
I was so stressed out. Milton damaged my home so bad till it was condemned. I didn’t have many options. I was paying 50 to 100 in app fees and getting rejected.. I wanna Thank Dave and his team for saving me and my family.
