At first I was hesitant since they only had two homes and not quite as nice as Clayton homes, however once we met the owner or manager not sure which but he was incredibly helpful and gave us great financial info about how much it would cost from beginning to end. He didn’t low ball so once we were done he basically showed us it was right at our budget. Also the house was way nicer than Clayton homes. So don’t pass him up based on what you see from the street.
