This is an amazing mall. The employee Gail who works at the snow boarding place was extremely rude. People just need to see what they are paying for and if it is age appropriate or not. Maybe some type of visual of all attractions should be displayed outside of the entrance as opposed to being hidden and just leave the customers to guess what it’s like for what they are paying for. Great concept. Gail should be retrained.
Its awesome wonderful family environment with ice skating, indoor waterpark, nickelodeon,and skiing plus an awesome mall. Its great I had a wonderful time.
