Paul was a lifesaver. We were quoted 4 times the price by another company and twice the price by a third company (both of which had plumbers on commission unlike Paul's company). He came out the same day we called him, even though he was on his way back from a vacation day! His assessment was straightforward, honest and knowledgeable. Fast friendly people.
I had a quote done on the house I bought and was informed that I needed to sign the quote that was given to me before Paul could come out. I signed it same day I was told, sent it back and never got a call or confirmation when he was coming to fix the problem. I called and emailed numerous times to see if the job was going to be done and haven’t heard back since December 2017. I won’t even given 1 star but I had to. Unhappy with this company.
They replaced our sewer line a few months ago, and it's been working well. They did a great job for a good price, and we're very satisfied.
Our sewer line kept backing up in the house, after calling and meeting with a few plumbers who wanted to fix the sewer line for some ungodly amount of money and could not get started for a month or longer, I called American Drain Cleaning. Paul called me right back and was at the house that evening to take a look. He fixed our sewer line within two days, his prices were very reasonable compared to other companies and his warranty was also a lot longer than all the other companies as well.
