We have used this company for the last few years. Within the last year their customer service has gone down hill. Getting a hold of anyone for pick up seems impossible. On two separate occasions I have scheduled shredding pick up, they were a no show. To marks one week of attempting to call to schedule pick up. I am now looking for a new shredding company.
Disappointing customer service. Did not show for a scheduled appointment couldn't get anyone to answer the telephone. After my 3rd telephone call they were unable to tell me when I could get rescheduled. He would have to have a meeting tomorrow morning and see if he could squeeze my office in maybe Friday. My office is not open on Fridays. I choose to call another company.
