Love my dock! Seven years into owning it and No complaints. Easy for one person to put in and out.
Needed some dock repairs after tree falling on dock and the did a great job quick and reasonable
Very bad experience. Have had lift 3 years. Each year gets worse. Now wont go up or down. Customer service is awful. Wouldn't recommend these lifts.
I do not understand how they are still in business. Have been calling them for three months (March to June) at least once a week asking to put our deck for the summer. Every single time a rude women would say: "will do that at the end of this week". The job was never done. I understand if you are short staffed, I understand if you are overworked - just say it, just let people know you cannot do the job. Stop wasting everybody's time, I will go somewhere else.
