Very bad experience. Have had lift 3 years. Each year gets worse. Now wont go up or down. Customer service is awful. Wouldn't recommend these lifts.

I do not understand how they are still in business. Have been calling them for three months (March to June) at least once a week asking to put our deck for the summer. Every single time a rude women would say: "will do that at the end of this week". The job was never done. I understand if you are short staffed, I understand if you are overworked - just say it, just let people know you cannot do the job. Stop wasting everybody's time, I will go somewhere else. I am giving them one star as you cannot give them less. They have been installing and removing our dock for the past 3 years. I returned the request form this year for service. After 5 calls and some emails I was told mod June that they did not want to do it this year as it was too difficult. (Again they have done the work in prior years and sent a service form to me) If I had not called they would not have reached out. The owner was very rude and gruff.
