invoiced and paid for removal of lift. They never removed it, kept my money and I ended up paying another company an emergency fee to come get my lift out after ice was on.
4 people took the day off work for American Dock & Lift to come out to our lake and move 2 lifts around, they ended up coming out just to tell us they would not do the work we originally agreed to. Still haven’t gotten a call back from the company/owner on the whole situation. Disappointing and a waste of time.
