I called them to change a fuel return line and glow plugs on my Mercedes Sprinter. I provided all the parts. Estimated cost of Glow Plug Replacement $162 for labor and I watched Joe replace the fuel return line in 15 minutes. I paid them $1,327.02! It cost me over $1800 between paying American Diesel, Joe directly, replacing parts they broke, and then having a Mercedes shop diagnose and fix it. !!DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! Idk how they even have 4 stars , very unprofessional, horrible communication, they try and take payment before any work is even done. Tech was so unexperienced. they mis diagnosed the issues.Also they broke a cooing line and only refunded half of my payment. Trust me when i tell you to look elsewhere.
D worst mechanics out there!! stay away and save your truck and money. total rip-off. they asked me to zell money before anyone showed up for the job.
