We received the e-sphyg3 and pole today. We were missing the spring for the pole. I called and got amn answer immediately. the rep was very nce and helpful. She is sending the part out today. I am happy and impressed! Great company!

I am/was a Retired RN. I returned to work to help during Covid. I wear hearing aides and did not think I would ever be able to practice again. The ADC stethoscope 658 is amazing. I can hear heart and lung sounds very clearly. It’s amazing! I also lost the diaphragm and I called support. They answered immediately and shipped one out to me the same day! Outstanding customer service experience.
