Therapists and staff are excellent and caring. Would absolutely recommend.
My partner recently checked into this facility. Staff was fairly nice but they did not follow up with me but one time at the start. Never heard from them again until after he was released on the 7th day. Come to find out they limited his contact completely. He came home losing more than 10 lbs in weight! Turns out there was a very limited food selection and he complained there was not much food available. Chips were only offered throughout the day. Overall I was satisfied. Loved almost every aspect of it and that's why I decided to stay for Residential. Though with any facility there are issues and I felt that Jonathan did not communicate with me very well and I was told I was leaving on Xmas Eve just hours before I was to get in the Uber. Also, as awesome and personable as David is I found his interaction with females incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. They kicked me out for being too aggressive, they put it under my refusal to their offers of transfer, because they were 6+ month commitments, I need to work. At the end of the day, the maintenance guy followed me around Chesnee the day I was kicked out expecting me to immediately do something. I got a ride home thanks be to Jesus. I'm doing great and it's not because of anything they did except keep me isolated from freedom for a few weeks.
