I called with a straightforward question about a hair loss treatment promoted on their website. Instead of receiving basic information or professional courtesy, I was met with an extremely rude receptionist who ultimately hung up on me. The interaction was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. First impressions matter, and this was a terrible one.
Dr. Trent and her staff are always professional, skilled and she runs a neat and timely office.
Very clean and rooms are cheery and the office gals are so helpful. Dr Jennifer is the best in my book!
