I had an appointment today and they called to say the hygienist was sick then rescheduled me later at the Lancaster location only to call back again and say not sure why they scheduled me because there was no hygienist available at that office. Back in February they did the same thing canceling my appointment in Lancaster because first appointments were only now for new patients even though I scheduled it six months in advance. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and the doctor. Explained absolutely everything and took their time, I did not feel rushed. I would highly recommend.
The Hygenist was excellent!! The paper work is very confusing and complicated! That process could be improved.
