Their response time is rapid, however, the dentist they reached out to on my behalf apparently knows what limited power they have and disrespectfully dismissed them without a conversation or any hopes of a resolution.
The customer service is chronically pretty bad, this time was better than last time but when you call to ask for scores it's still terrible
