I had an extremely frustrating experience with American Family Dental. I have a regular dentist, but because I’m currently on disability and Medicaid, I needed to go elsewhere for covered treatment. Made a appointment here by accident thinking it was another dentist and they tried to do procedures that weren't necessary and tried to have me come back multiple times not needed. Lady that seen me was rude. I wouldn't take my dog here
They are always LATE. They scheduled an appointment for me on a day they were closed, forcing me to reschedule. Cleanings are minimal at best. Searching for a new dentist…
