If you care about your oral health, avoid this place. I went in for a cleaning and exam, only to leave with visible calculus still on my lower teeth, almost as if they hadn’t done anything. Despite arriving early to my appointment and the office being empty, I ended up waiting past my scheduled time while staff in the back were laughing and chatting. DO NOT PAY AHEAD. They will do what they want with your money. I paid for a cleaning ahead of time and they canceled the appointment and then charged ME for a failed appointment fee, with the money I put for the service I never received there, they never communicated that because they know I would have said YOU canceled the appointment. THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE ONE START IS INFURIATING BECAUSE THEY DON’T DESERVE IT. THE OFFICE MANAGER IS EXTREMELY MISERABLE AND RUDE. I FEEL SORRY FOR THE EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER IGNORANCE.
If i could give zero stars i would. the hygienist were AWFUL. She was so rough with my mouth. I had to take aspirin when I came home. I was in tears sitting in the chair. She was going to fast it felt rush. I hate the dentist to begin with however after my experience here I HATE it even more!
