I have visited American Wing and Deli on Main Street many times and have always enjoyed the food, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. The number six is advertised for $16 and includes a Philly cheesesteak, five wings, and fries. I simply asked to leave off the fries and substitute a large drink. Instead, I was told that the fries were mandatory because they came free with the combo. They then added another charge for the drink, bringing my total to approximately $22. 1 Star Terrible service. I called my order in ahead of time, but still ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food. What made it worse, three other customers came in after me, ordered, and received their food before I did. There was no explanation or apology for the delay. If you’re going to call an order in ahead of time, you shouldn’t have to wait longer than people ordering after you. Very disappointing experience.

Had the fried chicken salad with ranch dressing. All the veggies were so fresh and the employees are very welcoming.

Been eating there since they opened up good food nice ppl never get your order wrong I get 10 pieces mild Philly cheesesteak combo
